NO PURCHASE NECESSARY…You must be at least 18 years of age as of June 29, 2007, and meet all eligibility rules [see below] for a chance to win any prize in this contest.

HOW TO PLAY & WIN…This contest will officially run from Monday, Feb 26, 2007 through Friday, June 29, 2007. Contestants must visit www.knoxbride.com and enter the contest online. All information must be valid and correct. All contestants must be at least 18 years of age on or prior to June 29, 2007. One winner will be selected at random from all entries on June 29, 2007.

No purchase necessary. Contests are open to residents of Tennessee, 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated.  You may only win in your own name. Contests may be postponed at any time.  Employees of, Journal Broadcast Group of Knoxville, Inc, their agencies or representatives, their family members, or employees of other radio stations are not eligible.  Family members include spouses, parents, siblings, children, grandparents, and grandchildren. Only one person per family and/or household may win a prize/grand prize during the run of any contest or promotion.  A household includes any persons living at the same address.  Odds of winning may depend on the number of phone, fax, or personal entries.  All contestants agree to the use of their name, voice, and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners are solely responsible for any prize obligations, including, but not limited to taxes, insurance, titles, tags, etc., and must meet all eligibility requirements before receiving final prize award.  No cash or substitute prize will be awarded in lieu of the advertised prize unless otherwise stated.  Prizes are non-transferable.  If a winner cannot accept the prize as offered, he/she shall forfeit the prize.  Proper and customary identification, including photo ID and social security card must be presented to claim any and all prizes. Winners must give social security number either upon winning or when claiming prize won. If a winner fails to provide or refuses to provide social security number the winner will forfeit said prize and no replacement prize will be awarded. All prizes must be claimed within 10 business days or they become the property of the Journal Broadcast Group. Prizes may be claimed at 1533 Amherst Road in Knoxville, Tennessee between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday unless otherwise stated or notified. Winners must waive any and all claims of liability against the Journal Broadcast Group and its affiliates and respective employees and agents for any personal injury or loss which may occur from participation in this contest or from the use of the prize. If a prize winner is proven by the Journal Broadcast Group to give mis-information about their identity, then the listener is hereby ineligible of winner for two calendar years from the date information is proven on any Journal Broadcast Group station.

By winning any prize you become ineligible to win another prize for forty-five days from the date of winning on all Journal Broadcast Group stations. By participating in this contest, all entrants agree to be bound by these OFFICIAL RULES and the decision of the judges, which shall be final. 

By winning any prize valued at, or above $75.00 you become ineligible to win another prize on any Journal Broadcast Group Station for sixty (60) days.

By winning a prize valued at $600.00 or more, you become ineligible for a calendar year, from the date of winning, to win any prize on any Journal Broadcast Group station including: If a winner wins over $600.00 in cumulative prizes through one calendar year the winner may receive a 1099 Tax Form.
